1. Introduction
1.1 These terms and conditions govern your use of our website and the agreement between The Complete Athlete and the client for the provision of coaching services, physiotherapy and consultancy services. These terms and conditions apply to all advertised plans, and provision of services offered by The Complete Athlete. By accessing or using this website and services provided, you agree to comply with these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using our website and services.
2. Coaching services
2.1. Services are designed to provide guidance and support for individuals participating in triathlon, cycling and running activities,
2.2. Coaching plans are offered on a rolling basis, with a minimum subscription period of one month.
2.3 To cancel your subscription, you must provide us with one month’s notice prior to the desired cancellation date. Failure to provide the required notice may result in charges for the subsequent month. Cancellation requests should be submitted in writing to info@thecompleteathlete.co.uk, or submitted through the website to cancel the payment plan.
2.4 Bespoke training plans are offered as a one off and for a set period of time, as defined by the client and The Complete Athlete.
3. User responsibilities
3.1 You are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date information about yourself when using our services.
3.2 You acknowledge that participation in exercise, training, or planned events carry inherent risk, and you agree to assume full responsibility for your own safety and well-being.
3.3 You are responsible for informing your coach, in writing, of any relevant health conditions, injuries or concerns that may impact training, performance, or your health through participation in any advised activity.
3.4 The Complete Athlete provides suggestions of activities to perform, however you are responsible to determine whether or not you are able to, or it is safe to, participate in any activities suggested by The Complete Athlete, and assume full responsibility for your own safety and well-being.
4. Limitations of liability
4.1 We strive to provide accurate and reliable information on our website and through our services. However, we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any information provided.
4.2 We shall not be held responsible for any loss, damage, injury or harm resulting from the use of our website or services.
4.3 You acknowledge that any reliable on information obtained from our website or services is at your own risk.
5. Intellectual Property
5.1 All content, including text, images, videos and other materials provided on our website and through our services, are protected by intellectual property rights.
